I know everyone would LOVE a good ol' overnight quick fix but there is no such luck when it comes to strength training, conditioning, or fitness in general.
Consistent hard work is never what anyone wants to hear, but it is all you need for progress and results.
Remember, even if you do the BARE minimum on a consistent basis... it's still better than nothing.
