There are a few not so talked about perks of lifting weights that many people don’t realize or appreciate as much as they should. These are IMO just as beneficial as the physical benefits.
Yeah, aesthetics are great and being strong is badass but so are these unspoken perks
Realizing your strengths and what you are capable of and/or pushing your body to achieve your goals
Increases in confidence in the gym and and in YOURSELF
Higher levels of energy and a mood booster
Better sleep
Decrease in stress/anxiety
The pure feeling of accomplishment and empowerment
