Do not try to overhaul your whole life in one night. Your best bet is to do what you can as consistently as possible. If that is just adding a short walk in once a week or a few times through the week that is fine. If that is choosing to drink more water daily, also fine. If that is going to a workout class once a week or going to the gym once a week, that is also fine. It does not need to be perfect, it does not need to be every day either. Just do what you can as consistently as you can and you'll see the benefits of these changes.
