CORE TIP - Dead Bug Edition
Dead Bugs are a staple in my own programs AND my clients programs. IYKYK
Three reminders to keep in mind when doing dead bugs
1. Push your back towards the floor to eliminate any space between. Keep pushing it into the floor while performing all reps.
2. Don’t forget to breathe as you maintain a braced position. No joke..remember to breathe. I’m guilty of holding my breath sometimes with certain movements and so are my clients. 😮💨😮💨
3. Try to go slow. This is not an exercise to rush. Pause for one one thousand as your leg is extended out each rep.
